About The Wild Path

The Wild Path was founded by Ahron Peskin after a decade in recruitment.Having seen how many brilliant outdoor roles went unnoticed - scattered across obscure job boards, buried in social feeds, or never advertised at all, he set out to change that.Every week we curate 40+ roles across the full breadth of the outdoor sector and send them directly to a growing community of 1,500+ outdoor professionals and career changers. We're independent, curated, and built around one idea: that meaningful work connected to the outdoors should be easier to find.
