The Wild Path is a curated space for outdoor careers - from guiding and conservation to sustainability and operational roles and everything in between. Whether you’re just starting out, changing careers, or already working in the sector, we help you find your next step.Founded by Ahron after a decade in recruitment, The Wild Path was born after seeing how many incredible outdoor roles went unnoticed by the very people who’d love them most. Too often, opportunities were scattered across obscure job boards, buried in social feeds, or never advertised at all.We set out to change that - bringing these roles into the light and making it easier for people to build a career connected to the outdoors. The Wild Path is more than a job list; it’s a growing network of people passionate about meaningful, purpose-led work in the outdoor world.
